good sleep is absolutely necessary for a good functioning of the organism, maintaining of a good health, healing, resting of the brain and other vital systems, integration of information. Sleep is indispensable for life itself as well as water and oxygen.

Nevertheless, a lot of people suffer from sleep disorders, sleep insufficiently, wake up often and have troubles to fall asleep again, or stay awaken for many hours before falling asleep, have a bad quality of sleep which doesn't let them rest as they need...


The reasons of sleep disorders are different. Most of them are psychological: thoughts rumination, stress, fears.... Some people suffer from sleep apnea which worsens the quality of their sleep. Other people may suffer from heart arrhythmia, which maintains an accelerated heart bit during night which corresponds to an active day rhythm and, as a consequence, prevents from sleeping and resting.


Hypnosis solves very well all psychological reasons of sleep disorders, and even may improve breathing (it's particularly interesting for people suffering from sleep apnea).


As for physiological problems such as heart arrhythmia which is NOt psychological caused, hypnosis can not help here. In this case, it's better to see a cardiologist.


You should also be aware of the fact that each human being needs to sleep a different number of hours. It depends on multiple factors: the amount of toxins, bacteria, viruses, sickness... that your organism has to deal with. The more you have, the more hours of sleep you need. Also, it depends on your emotional state and your ability to deal with stress. The more stress, depression you have, or the more nervous you are by nature, the more you need to sleep. On the contrary, the more you are healthy physiologically and psychologically, the less you need to sleep. The quicker you organism gets rid of toxins (and the less you have them), the less you need to sleep. So, the number of sleep hours is relative. The most important criteria to understand how many hours of sleep you need is whether you feel good when you wake up or not. Example, if actually you sleep tree hours per night during several last years and feel exhausted, it's clear that you need more. It doesn't mean that you need ten hours of sleep per night. Otherwise, with so much lack of sleep you wouldn't survive. Probably, you need few hours more than you actually do. If however, you know that usually you need to sleep ten hours, but now, exceptionally, during a week you sleep only few hours because of a big stress, in this case, it's probable that you will come back to your previous sleep rhythm.

general hypnosis audio-recording




I created this general hypnosis audio-recorded session which is based on my knowledge in psychotherapy and on many years of my professional experience with a lot of patients having sleep disorders. Consequently, it's an exclusive hypnosis session, very different from everything you can find on Internet.

I included all psychological reasons of sleep disorders, known in my practice, in this session. I also included sleep apnea. So, even if I don't know you personally, you have chances to find the reasons of your problems there and to see your problem solved

As it was mentioned above, hypnosis doesn't treat physiological problems such as heart arrhythmia

Advantage of this method: the price is affordable. You can download the session and listen to it as many times as you need, which lets you save a lot of money. You can also take the audio-recording with you, if you go on vacations, you travel... Or, if you have to stay at home for different reasons, because of a disease, for example, you can listen to it in your bed and improve your sleep which, as a consequence, will improve your healing.

Disadvantage: a general session (even if I tried to include any possible cause of sleep problems) can't include details of your personal story. So, if you think, that the reasons of your problem may be completely different, you may need an one-on-one therapy with me.

Even if each story is unique, I recommend you to start by this general audio-recording. For a majority of people it will be enough to improve their sleep. If however, after having listened for several times to this audio-recording, you see that your sleep has improved, but it could improve even more because you have some special problem, and we should work on it personally, then you can ask me for an appointment for a one-on-one consultation + hypnosis. In this way, you will however save some money, because, a general audio-session will solve a big part of your sleep problems. Consequently, you will need less one-on-one hypnosis sessions after.

In this case we do a consultation by phone, skype, or in my office. This consultation is followed by the first hypnosis. then, I do other hypnosis sessions, if necessary (generally three sessions are enough).

Advantage of this method: all hypnosis sessions are done for you and for you only, they can include any particular cases, an individual information. As a consequence, they are more efficient.

Disadvantage: the price.
