Mitochondria of our cells




One of the current hypotheses of premature aging focuses on mitochondria (independent alive organisms living in our cells, for which they produce energy making our cells dependent on them). Fasting




Fasting in the strict sense of the term is a total restriction of food with or without water. The fruit juice diet is not considered a fast, but a diet. of herbs and plants




Natural remedies are not all always safe. First, there are some poisonous plants. Second, there are plants that can heal an organ or a disease, while being destructive for another organ, often the liver, the kidneys, sometimes the heart.
